With nearly two decades of experience in strategic relationship management and the design & usability industry, Tim started Intuitive Company through a joint partnership with the founder of a technology project management firm (pic IT solutions), Greg Picarelli. For nine years prior to that, he directed the strategic relationship management team at a user experience design firm in Philadelphia. While there, Mr. McLaughlin established the role and process of Strategic Relationship Management, which enabled him to manage key strategic clients such as Merrill Lynch, Comcast, Bank of America, Rite Aid, NYSE, and many others. Tim graduated from Temple University with a BA in Broadcast Telecommunications and Mass Media, during which he interned at QVC. There he made lasagna on the air and had conversations with Richard Simmons. His experience in consumer advertising subsequent to graduating Temple gives IC a unique and invaluable perspective that’s beneficial to all the work we deliver.
