Engagement Lead

We’re looking for a Lead who can:

  • Take projects implementing improved or completely new experiences from initial client sales meetings through implementation
  • Build and grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint; driving revenue growth and developing the entire relationship within a client organization
  • Follow user-centered design and development methodologies and artifacts and work closely with Designers, Usability, and Technology experts to deliver a solution that matches the quality of our work
  • Discover and structure projects with clients that deliver on business strategies and user needs
  • Create Statements of Work and be responsible for their successful execution
  • Evaluate existing digital products
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership to both clients and staff
  • Manage client and project expectations and schedules, serving as key day-to-day client contact
  • Continuously learn new tools to improve how you and we work
  • Meeting strategy and facilitation
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing work and ideas and approaches for teams to work more efficiently and effectively together

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar role with minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, program management or client relationship strategy
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in User Centered Design and Development preferably in more than one role and organization
  • Keen ability and desire to multi-task across multiple project initiatives
  • Positive energy and get-it-done attitude
  • Proven experience leading and growing large-scale, user experience design and development projects
  • Highly desired experience with mobile, CMS, Portal, Analytics and other platforms
  • Experience in varied software development methodologies including waterfall, AGILE, and/or Lean UX
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to communicate and motivate with outstanding written and verbal communication

User Experience Researcher

We’re looking for a Researcher who can:

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitive assessments of existing digital products
  • Conduct contextual observation, research, and other data gathering activities
  • Conduct usability testing and other evaluation activities
  • Participate with design and development teams in brainstorms, design critiques, and other collaborative methods
  • Manage client and project expectations and schedules; serving as key day-to-day client contact
  • Maintain expertise in human-computer interaction and related areas to support our design team and clients

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in user-centered research and evaluation
  • Degree in human-computer interaction, human factors, psychology, sociology, communications, anthropology or related discipline
  • Proven experience with large-scale, transactional, and rich digital user experience design and development projects
  • Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Writing, publishing, and conference-level presentation experience a plus

Program Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a Manager who can:

  • Manage and evolve existing user-centered design and development methodologies, while working closely with Engagement Leads, Designers, Usability, and Technology experts to deliver a solution that exceeds client expectations
  • Define, document and evolve program delivery plans in collaboration with Engagement Leads, Delivery team and Clients
  • Actively track and communicate program delivery status, risks, issues and opportunities as appropriate to both client and internal project teams
  • Work in tandem with Engagement Leads as appropriate to manage the overall project execution and management of client relationship
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership as it pertains to program delivery and staff allocation and planning
  • Continuously learn new tools to improve how you and we work

Qualifications:

  • Keen ability and desire to multi-task across multiple project initiatives
  • Positive energy and get-it-done attitude
  • Minimum of 5 years delivering digital design and development projects both small and large scale
  • Highly desired experience with mobile, CMS, Portal, Sharepoint, Sitecore, and other platforms
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to communicate and motivate with outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Experience leading large scale, user experience implementation projects across verticals including retail, finance, non-profit, education etc…
  • Operational knowledge of web strategy, design, development and programming technologies is preferred
  • Agile experience (a plus)
