We’ve got some news.

BIG news.

Bigger than being named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for two years in a row. Bigger than securing another spot in the Philadelphia 100 and Inc. 5000 thanks to our phenomenal growth. Bigger than being shortlisted for a 2016 IxDA Award. Even bigger than making this year’s softball playoffs (which—if you knew how much we struggled this season—was truly huge).

Here’s the biggest of all our big news: we’re joining the EY family and becoming a part of Ernst & Young LLP in the US.

And here’s what this big news means: it means we now have access to EY’s global resources when delivering the best user experiences to our clients. It means that our team will have more opportunities to introduce creative approaches to tough business challenges around the world. It means EY will be able to leverage our successful design, research, development, and strategic-planning processes—as well as our unique approach to client service—and replicate them in its other studios around the world.

In other words, EY recognizes we’ve built something pretty darn special. We’re going to move forward together with this old adage in mind: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” That’s why all of us will still be right here in our two across-the-alley-from-each-other studios. Together with our new colleagues, we’re going to continue wowing our clients and putting the user at the center of everything we do. We’re going to keep finding that perfect balance between business requirements and user needs.

So clearly we see this big news as incredibly positive. It validates all of the hard work our team has been doing for the past decade, and we’d like to take a moment to thank each and every member of our staff for helping us reach this momentous milestone. We’re thrilled about becoming a part of EY—an organization that’s proven it’s possible to keep a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit alive and well for more than a century. We’re going to learn from each other’s teams. We’re going to delight customers and users everywhere. We’re going to prove there’s a global opportunity to bring user-centered creative thinking and problem solving to big business.
